My scale has definitely stopped moving I am maintaining which is good I guess but I still want to lose another 30 pounds. I have lost 105 so far. I am very happy with how far I have came though. I go for my one year check up on Thursday, not like in the skin but knew that was gonna happen I'll take the skin over the weight any day! I also definitely need to regrow some hair I lost a lot and I used to have very thick hair and now I don't at all.

I didn't realize you have started another challenge I would like in please. Cw 174.1, goal 168

I had my surgery 4/23, I have lost 105lbs but I have been stalled for 6 weeks! I can't seem to get going again. I joined a gym and started exercising, I'm watching my protein intake too and nothing is working. I do know my appetite has increased, I can definitely eat more now. It's just so frustrating! I still have 50 more pounds to lose and my year check up will be here before I know it and I feel like I'm failing!

Thank you bluesea71 and katesucess for the support. I have been pushing through this. All I finally did lose another 4 pounds but yes I'm saying the same again. So I totally understand what you're saying. I think I still have my fat brain, and it talk me down when I agree I should be very happy with how far I have came. Thanks again it helps a lot!

169. I'm finally losing again!

I am in the same situation. My surgery was 4/23 sw 278 I am now in 172 but the scale has not moved for 9 weeks! So frustrating! Goal weight 125 I'm 5'2

I have not put my weigh in on this week because my phone broke. So cw 173.1 going very slow!

I'm staying around 900 calories. I Did actually loose 2 lbs this morning so that's something at least
