I ve lost quiet a bit of weight but still not at goal but.... Im gonna get an unfill for a little while. I plan to still go to the gym and watch what I eat. I just cant get most food down. Even if I chew, chew, chew and drink hot liquids first thing. Id say that the majority of the week, I eat about 3 meals and Im totally not getting the protein I need. I HATE protein shakes. I want food!!!!!!! Not even bad food, chicken breast or salad would be great!!!!!!!!! I havent lost weight in 2 months. The last 2 fills I had, I had to get deflated some before leaving the office cause it was too tight. Im pretty miserable! What is your thoughts?:smile2::thumbup::tt2:
