:thumbup: I am 1 full week out, am now I am very hungry. I am still on liquids and will be on them for the next 3 weeks. I am having protein shakes, soups, SF popsicles and jello. Any suggestions to help me get through this stage?? -
Hey I was banded on Tuesday too. I live in Georgia. Not really in pain just a little discomfort. I am looking forward to my journey. I need information on how to get my protein in. I am on clear liquids for 3 weeks
