I have been searching the internet for any information I can find that will help me during this pre-op waiting period. I need weight loss surgery because I have several co-morbidity issues. I suffer from sleep apnea, fibromyalgia, arthritus, hypothyroidism and more. I have located a few people on BariatricPal that seem like a good fit for my situation. Right now I am waiting to hear from my surgeon about the date for my gastric sleeve surgery. It has not been easy this week because I thought I would have this done in the next couple of weeks and now they are telling me maybe July. From reading about others it seems as if they find out there date almost immediately. Has anybody else had to play the waiting game? I am anxiously awaiting so I can get my life back and to be healthy once again!
