    Hi everyone, I'm new to this, been thru all of my classes, and just got approved for my surgery on July 18th. I just started my liquid diet today, & it's been a very long hard day. I took my 8 servings of Optifast, and tons of water, is there anything else I can eat...I feel hungry still
