    Hello Divadee, my surgeons diet plan has me on clear liquid diet the first 2 weeks I'm just starting full liquids for the next 2 weeks. How am I ever gonna get enough energy. I should add that 10 yrs ago I also had a kidney transplant but kidneys are fine through this surgery. Just hoping to get more energy to exercise. I love walking, was doing 4 miles pre opt. Can't wait to start again.

    Hello, I've also had vsg May 7. I have lost 17 pounds since surgery. I am also having trouble getting protein in. Anybody else feel tired and weak.
