My bmi is a 29.8 so just under obese now.

Yes I keep track of what I eat and how much protein and carbs and all that I'm putting in me and yes I excerise everyday almost I take 1 day breaks during the week

I have. I'm about 8 weeks out and everything went according to plan. I had doctor carter who was excellent. Are you on the Madigan Facebook group? That is a great source of info if you are not.
