Can't tolerate Protein Shakes post op

I was in the same situation so I recently bought pure protein creamy vanilla from target 25 G protein really good I mix it with almond milk put in a cup with ice and I know they say no straws but my dr said if that helps get my protein in just use it so I do ! -
I can any one recommend a good protein drink I currently drink premier protein and isopure but since surgery I hate both I can not stomach it at all??

Don't know about everyone but I had my surgery July 7 14 and boy do I feel so drained and just want to be normal and eat normal foods... Anyone feeling this way???

I guess it that kind of normal like having more energy and more interested In doing stuff no matter how much I follow the drs instructions I always have a headache and no energy and that part sucks !
