  1. I had the same pain- although mine wasn't as severe- just constant. Went to the chiropractor because I thought the pain was originating from my back. Turns out after many days of taking dulcolax that it was all related to constipation. I fought it for almost 2 weeks, just wish I would have figured it out sooner. Also realized that my pre surgery diet didn't include much cheese/ cottage cheese and I had started to eat a lot of that. I watch it a lot closer now. Also- this problem started at about 2 weeks post op from gastric bypass. Hope you get relief soon!

    Three weeks outters?

No, I have just been walking. I've been having some trouble with back pain that radiates around to one of my incisions- so it's been painful to do much of anything, unfortunately looking forward to getting started to see how it will help my weight loss progress!

    Three weeks outters?

Congratulations!! I had gastric bypass May 21st, lost 15 pounds pre surgery and am down 19 since surgery. I guess I am just confused because I lost most of those 19 pounds in the first 10 days and now it's been pretty flat so I'm second guessing myself that I'm doing something wrong! After I write that it's pretty ridiculous that I'm even questioning it!

    Three weeks outters?

I am cleared for soft foods- so I've been doing some deli meat, cheeses, cottage cheese, fruits, lowfat ground pork/beef. How are you guys doing in weight loss? I did really well for the first 10 days after surgery and now I feel like it's going soo slow! I'm probably just being impatient!
