I am now 6 months out an lost 120lb which I am very happy about. But my hunger is starting to creep up on me again. I am a massage therapist so I move a lot but I am hungry after every massage. I eat a ok amount of protein but should I up it since I never stop moving?

I am now almost 5 months out an work out sometimes twice a day. I have gained 2 pounds should I start to worry?

I have no issues digesting a salad. It's funny I actually had a doctors appointment today and he told me as long as it does not bother me then I am fine. I normally pack my salad with a lot of chicken and beans to boost my protein and add protein powder to my dressing to ensure that I'm getting all of my protein in for the day

I am now three months out and starting to have cravings again. Just wondering has anyone else had a crazy craving for salad

I am almost 2 months post op. I have been back at work for two weeks but for some reason I don't have enough energy to work out after work. Did anyone else had this experience and if so how did you get past it?
-
I take unflavored protein powder an mix it in with coffee an sugar free creamer
-
I just started my soft food so a lot of yogurt, fish, an sometimes backed chicken. An I found some shakes that I could make to make protein easier to get in
-
One a day women's gummy as my multivitamin an my calcium is a caramel gummy b1 an b12 that is what my doctor has me on. I take a stool softener
-
I would talk to my doc I didn't have to take a blood thinner. But I had Isopure it's does not taste the best but I got all my protein in.

I am five weeks out and finally starting soft foods. But I can only take in 3 ounces of food per meal which is normally my protein. Did anyone else have that or should I be worried?
