I'm in a 2 and half week stall after losing weight for 4 months. I think you're right about the processed stuff. At first I would a lot of fish. I think I had more fish in the beginning than in my whole life before. Now I seem to be eating a lot of red meat. I'm going to go back to eating fish and see if that kick starts the weight loss agian. Also I noticed I drop a few pounds after my periods which have been coming At the end of the month so I hope that will help too! Lol -
5+ Week Stall - Extremely Frustrated HELP!
Curvymom661 replied to m@ry's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I am 4 months out and I have stalled for 2 1/2 weeks now. I didn't know about the salt and I may be eating too much of it, but I have had the same diet for the most part once I started eating solids. I also believe that maybe it's time to mix it up a little. I had not begun a regular exercise routine besides walking so I also joined a gym today and I'm going to start going tomorrow! I'm hoping this will jump start it agian, them again I have lost 57 lbs total and I'm afraid that my body doesn't want to lose anymore! I still have 33 more to go so I hope that's not true! Any advice on what to do in the gym lol? -
I am 4 months post op and feeling very stressed! I started losing my hair. I knew it would happen but to actually live through is awful anyone know how long this may last? It makes me sad and I know that sounds rather vain but like I said to live through it is very hard and not easy to ignore!
