I started looking into this surgery about 8 months ago. I have PCOS and back issues. My back got so bad that I thought I would have to have surgery. I was miserable (still am) and like most people on here have tried everything to lose weight. I know that losing weight would not only help my back but my knees etc etc..so anyway I contacted my medical ins and verified coverage, that same day I contacted a local weight loss team and they scheduled my initial consultation and I met with a great team that will hopefully get me started on the right path. My "package" was submitted to the insurance company for approval..I am waiting for my date..I hope 😊
