    OCTOBER 2014

My boyfriend told me I was looking pretty sexy yesterday, little better than calling me skinny butt. He is not big on the complements, so made me feel good.

@@Beni, congrats on the loss. Keep it up. I joined a gym this week, rode 4 mile the first day, then second day only 2 miles and got trained on the weight machines. Yesterday full work out, 4 miles and a full set on the weight machines. Trying to decide if I should go today or weight until tomorrow... we shall decide later, nap right now as I left for work at 4 am. Sleepy girl. Keep up the good work, and those that are struggling, it will get better, hang in there.

Big milestone, 149 this morning. 30 pounds to my goal of 119 and I saw my surgeon Monday, he was very pleased and said if I keep up the good work I could be at 110 by my six month follow up. On stage 4 now, solid foods, just in time for thanksgiving.

  17. Someone mentioned this, the name is wrong but the gist of it is they place a "sock" around your stomach so it can get no larger, you can not stretch out the stomach.
  18. For the first couple weeks, with your new baby belly, you get new baby poop. I swear that's what it was like. Sorry for the TMI.

    OCTOBER 2014

I will be on solid foods Monday so will be able to eat turkey on thanksgiving. I am going to my boyfriends family, so I plan to do a test run of turkey dinner on tuesday, as well as make some "EGGFACE" turkey and brie bites to bring to thanksgiving. Just don't want to have a dumping incident on thanksgiving in front of his family. I have not had any dumping so far but that would suck if I did.
  23. There are so many things to keep track of each day and the schedule for Vitamins, so they dont interact, along with making sure you are getting your Protein and liquids. Any apps or ideas you can recommend to keep on track. I am thinking charts and graphs here, what worked for those that are post surgery? I am a bit of a flake and need all the help I can get. Thanks Smiley

    How about some NSVs!?!?

My body feels foreign to me, those are not my thin shoulders, my ankles are svelt, my fingers are delicate looking, not the swollen sausages from before. But that is all AWESOME!!!! I have to keep just feeling my shoulders, even my chest, I can see collar bones and it is all so strange, but makes me smile. I have lost 72 pounds in my journey and still have another 34 to go for my goal.
