@@amylynns, when I had my reduction in 1994, it was reduction and lift no implants. Now after this weight loss I have sad saggie little b's and am toying with the idea of implants. Make your decision when you have finished losing weight, you might be fine with just reduction and lift.

And if don't get rashes, usw a scrub brush on your skin so it appears you have one, and that tip is from a nurse at the doctors office.

amylynns, if you get sweaty rashes under your boobs, insurance should cover, also with back problems, another reason, I had a reduction from dd to c back in 1995, insurance covered it, best part was having the dents in the shoulders go away.

    Is it Inevitable

I am someone who is vain about her long hair and was worried about this. I actually started losing lots of hair even before the surgery, I had lost 50 pounds preop and then the anesthesia from the preop testing, one month before surgery I was already losing handfuls in the shower. I started Biotin preop also. This only helps with new growth, it does not stop the hair from falling out that was there before surgery. I also read about hair cycles and depending on where you are in your growth cycle plays into the amount lost. So it got to the point where I dreaded showering or combing my long hair So got it cut off a few weeks back, about 4 months post op. Short pixie cut, don't notice the hair falling out near as much, I feel much better.

I get my Vitamins in probably 95 percent of the time. I have a problem with the evening multi Vitamin, I always have been bad about the nighttime pills. I take a chewable flintstones multi vitamin morning and night 3 Calcium citrate chews from Bariatric Advantage w/ Vitamin D, 500 mg of calcium in each chew. the Peanut Butter chocolate is yummy. 5000 mg of Biotin 2500 mcg of b12 per day I decided if I was going to do this, I was going to do it to the best of my ability to follow doctors plan.

Here is my haircut day 2, the way I will wear it, don't do poofy. I am much more comfortable with it this way, and the adverse psychological effects from seeing all that hair coming out by handfuls.
  18. Neck, you can tell I have a neck, and collar bones, oh and shoulders, skinny legs, and my face. Happy day today.

Please share the recipe on that one. My hair is sooooo thin, and still comin out strong. I am so tempted to shave it off, and let it all just grow back in together. But if I am doing that, I want to go ahead and do it now so it will have grown back in before the summer. I would prolly do hats and do rags, maybe try a wig, I just hate this and for some reason it is extra oily so feel like i need to wash it daily if not twice a day depending on what my plans are. I guess less hair to absorb my oily scalp makes it seem so much oilier. Lastly, just made a new treat for me tonight. 1/2 premier protien chocolate drink, half a frozen banana and a no sugar added fudgesicle, blended into the best smoothy I have had. The BOMBBBB!!!

    OCTOBER 2014

some friends were cracking on my baggy size 12 jeans last night, so off to the thrift store I went, tried on some 8's baggy, some 6's fit, but still baggy in the hip/thigh area. So then went to some size 4's. They f@#king fit, OMG, I have never worn a size 4, except for a 4t maybe when I was a toddler. I tried on a couple pairs to make sure it was not just a fluke. I am holding a bit of my saggy belly for the picture. Happy Dance!!! from a 24 to a 4 in 10 months!

    Eating too fast

there is a phone app for android, eat slower, you can set a timer that will beep at short intervals, what ever you set it at. I have used that, or i just watch the clock while I eat, 1 bite per minute.
