Hi , I'm Kim and I was banded 9/19/07 in Mexico....I'm 4 weeks out from surgery and over 21 :clap2:pounds lighter.... :whoo::whoo::whoo:

I'm thinking and planning on a TT and Breast lift I should have already lost to my goal but ...I let stress get me and put weight back on....I 'm back down to my original 31 pound soI just when and got a new fill and I'm now about 40 pounds from goal...I'm checking into prices and that way I'll be ready when I get there...Thanks for everything you all are putting in this tread.

my weightloss has not been great but I'm down from a 18/20 jeans at walmart to a 12...and 46 DD to a 42DD.....so that's cool...in 4 1/2 mths

I'm seeing Dr. Stephanie now and she is great.....

I had my banding 9/19/07 and I just had my 2nd fill on 12-29-07 ....I've lost around 32-34 pounds and I have to have Slim Fast Low Carb shake in AM and soft for lunch and then usually another shake for supper....cookies do go down easy...chips too...but I know how to stop .....I still can't do meats....I love chick steak....pork chops.....but I don't tolerate meat....but if I had it to do again ...I would....everyone is different my doctor says....

My 2nd fill is Dec.29 th and I physically get sick evertime I eat meat....please , does it get better?

Yes me too I had my surgery 9/19/07 and have lost alittle over 30 pounds and over 20 inches....but I continue on my thyroid meds

I'm finding it hard too, I can't eat at fast food stops anymore at all....even if I get the healthy foods...I get sick...my job requires me to travel so I live on Low Carb Slim Fast ...and then I seem to get hungry quicker ...so I guess it time for a fill...I just don't like even trying to eat out anymore.....lol

I have one on my outer rightcalf of my leg...it's a cross with a yellow rose...

I only ate a small amt of turkey and mashed potatoes

Ok that's great...Mine is 182-182-170, so that's only 12 pounds....lol

I can only eat about one small meal aday that has meat in it...Other than that I'm still drinking 2 cans of Low Carb Slim Fast a day....I get the same feeling of something getting stuck if I over do solids...lol

I was in 18 pants before surgery and 2xl top....now 9weeks later I'm 14 pants and lg top and 17.25 inches lost overall....:whoo::whoo::whoo:

Epic Med Staff in Tlyer is great , I've worked for them almost 3 yrs...

I'm now down ....30 pounds and 17.25 inches overall...

I'm a pediatric home health nurse...I work with medically fragile fosterchildren ...2 are Vent and trach children the others have multiple disabilities... My parents are their fosterparents and they too are nurses...

I've lost 27lbs since being banded....

I don't know how to check to see if I did it right....lol

My band only holds 4.0 cc . so I don't think you got too big a fill...since yours holds 10....I can hold down diced peaches with splenda todayy...just no meats yet....it's all great ...i just don't get to exercise enough...

I only had 1.7 cc fill and it feels like alot more...lol

juliacleone , I too was banded by Dr.Rodriguez in Acuna....I just loved the whole trip and the hospital was great and the people were great....I was banded 9/19/07

I was banded 9/19/07 and wt was 212 then I got my first fill on 11/8/07...wt 185 ....I was on liquids 3 days and then ate fine the 4th day and now I'm back to Low Carb Slim Fast and potatoe soup....lol...I can't hold down any solids.
