2 days before sugery and feeling conflicted
Rovobay replied to Idahospud's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
best of luck tomorrow. we are all here for you. take care! -
awesome responses and encouraging words to ditch that fried stuff. Nothing fried has even appealed to me yet. I hope that when I do try it, I will not enjoy it, or that my stomach will not enjoy it. All that fried stuff got me to my high weight anyway, I don't want to go back. only things I have remotely thought about was pizza or a burger (healthified of course....)...

What was your first soft food?
Rovobay replied to JCP's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
@@JCP I really enjoyed the next stage. I think my first stage 2 food was cottage cheese. next day was soft scrabbled egg with cottage cheese. I have also made tuna with small amount of mayo (add plain yogurt for more moisture too), relish, mixed it up really well. today I grilled chicken and cut it into oblivion and mixed with a little bbq sauce (plain yogurt for more moisture!!!). get in almost 2 ounces. -
@@TwoGoldens give it time. you are what? 4 weeks post surgery? a stall at this time is normal. your body is adapting to its new lifestyle. stick to your plan and you will see that broken scale fix itself soon.
