Omg thank you so much!!! Constipation is an issue for me now and I am taking 7 pericolace pills a day to keep me regular. I was really nervous about how to handle that situation post op. You are able to eat soup now? I have to be on the same liquid diet for a week (maybe 2.... I'll have to look) post op. I'll definitely go to gnc tomorrow for my protein powder. ????

tebowfan... Sounds like the same exact diet that I will start Monday and for the same reason. I guess I will be happy that I only have to do it for 3 days. You're 1 week post-op today... How has your experience been? Shopping tomorrow for my Protein shake and stuff... any suggestions on a good Protein Drink?

I wonder what the difference is... Why some are on the 2 week pre op diet and others the 3 day. Good luck tomorrow!

Yes. It's 3 days liquid only. Protein shakes, chicken broth, sugar free Popsicles (no red or purple) and jello. I've heard most people have a much longer preop diet but it includes some foods correct?

Hi there. I'm new to this site. I'm having my surgery next Thursday the 22nd. I start my 3 day pre-op diet Monday. I'm a little nervous. Would love to share my experience with someone.
