m in the same boat as you 31/2 months outta surgery and 6 weeks pregnant!! -
Im 2 months out and 46 lbs down but the problem is I see no difference! Anytime I look in the mirror I look exactly the same. Did or does anyonehave this same problem?

im 2 months out and still feel hungry.. not as much as before the surgery but I definitely need to eat, I thought the feeling of hunger would just disappear?? Is it possible I have stretched my pouch out or is this feeling still normal?

yes I have met with my nutritionist at 1 month out I go back next month for my 3 month. I have started the gym more intense the past 4 days and it seems to be helping a lot. im even down 3 lbs since im trying to stick to 3 meals a day but I usually end up needing a cheese stick between lunch and dinner -

yes I agree sometimes I need to just drink some water and the hunger goes away but then sometimes I actually need to eat something. I just don't wanna turn to snacking cuz im sure that's the worst thing to do -

How much has everyone lost per month? I know everyones body is different im just trying to figure out if how much im losing is on the slower side. I feel like its coming off soooo slow

hello all I need some input, I got my surgery on 5/8 I lost 21 lbs the first two weeks but the past almost two weeks I haven't lost anything! not even 1 lb. Has this happened to anyone else this early on? Is there any suggestions to get the weight loss going again? Im stressing out I have been trying everything!

I was onn a roll in the beginning and now nothing! I see ppl losing 50 lbs in 3 months but Im barely losing anything -

I am feeling the same way I got my Surgery May 8 I lost 15 lbs but the last 2 days I haven't lost anything im super stressed about it -
