Just want to loose quicker than I am I've lost 25#'s but seem like I'm at a stand still!!

2 weeks after surgery I'm hungry all the time what is wrong with me????? Will this end I don't want to be gone through this major surgery to be bck where I was I've lost 22 pounds in 2 weeks but still....!!!! Any advice???

Ok I'm eating a lot if grill chicken breast I'm adding a little honey mustard which I know I've gotta cut out but I'm in my stage 3 eating and find I can eat chicken breast fine just scared I'm eating too much of it!!

Can't say how happy I am to finally get rid of that drain!!! Day 10!! Feeling great thank GOD!!!!

My surgery is on May 21st my original date was May 28th and they moved me up a week but I haven't really been eating right hopefully that won't interfere with my surgery does anyone have any thoughts?????

Are we allowed to eat peanuts or cashews? Or p'nut butter?
