I'm in Philly! I had my surgery on September 30th and I'm doing well no complications. Feeling so blessed. The holidays have been a little difficult but I'm getting through. Going hard!

Help!! I am 8 weeks post op and I feel like I fell off a little around the holidays. I wanna get back on track. What should I do?

These post really helped me I'm in a stall right now. I'm 4weeks out from surgey. I was sleeved September 30th. And I began to get discouraged. Thank you all !

I agree. I'm all for support. Some people do not understand why we made the choice to do this. I'm all for it. Does anyone live in Philadelphia?
