I meet the Dr on 2nd, checking for hernia on 5th so if I have my insurance will pay for hernia and I pay the difference ... If not I'm really broke. Lol

I'm pretty much self pay also. I live north of Austin Texas. I have tried every diet in the book. Honestly, I'm a food aholic lol I'm currently at 243. The goal is 100 lbs. I want to be healthy and I want to also feel good again. I wasn't told a certain amount to lose just I had to follow Atkins 2 weeks prior but a week prior I ate All my last suppers for a week. Lol

Well I've been reading over all the material for my upcoming lapband... Trying to stay positive. Sometimes I wish I wouldn't have read all the negative because that's scaring the crap out of me. On my 3rd day of Atkins shrinking my stomach. So, I'm good just nervous .

Thanks for sharing Sandy I'm scheduled for June 6th and the negative feedback concerns me. I'm a positive person so I'm going in that way and listening to my Dr. Scared but very excited. Looking forward to not letting good control my life anymore.

Hi all...new here and really nervous. I need to lose 80-100 lbs and on my way. Start my diet next Friday to shrink liver. Then surgery is June 6th. I'm questioning myself ... Is this normal? What's the typical weight loss after 60 days? Help.. I need support and friends lol
