I'm on my 10th day of Atkins which has been pretty easy but sucks when I'm at work because we have a stressful job. Everyday is tacos, pizza, donuts but I'm good. That will all be there later. I WANT THIS!!!! Meeting with Dr Tuesday, lapband Friday Yayyyyy We can do this!!! Believe in yourself .

Hi I'm hearing it too I'm 5'5 243 BMI over 40 You would never know it ... I've been lucky to carry the extra weight but I feel it And getting the band next Friday.
