Hey June and Weevie I'm good but several things I'm dealing with -cannot sleep flat or on side so I'm using a bunch of pillows (tightness and seems hard to breathe). My friend told me that it's getting use to the port -stomach growling like crazy so trying to get the fluids in -my stomach is still swollen but nothing is coming out. Lol All and all I'm doing good. I went back to work today and tomorrow half days so I'm on my way. Any ideas on liquids? I've just been having Soup, Atkins, waster and Popsicles Take care . I'm so glad I've made friends on here. I took a picture of me in a bikini....OMG I'm so happy I got banded. I'll post before and after pics later lol It's not pretty!!! Lol

Glad you are ok Weeviegirl I've been thinking about you. I had my surgery Friday and all seems good.

I totally agree... I've noticed that most of the negative comes from people who did not follow their Drs instructions. I chose to ignore. I had my lapband this past Friday and doing great. I want this and the only person to stop me is ME and that's not gonna happen. Time to get H&H which means Healthy and Hot!!!!

I share your pain. Lol I'm 5'5 243..... Did my Atkins 2 weeks and lost 10 lbs up to yesterday....I had my lapband yesterday and I'm doing great. This is an awesome forum. Welcome!!!!

I'm doing good. Had the shoulder pain yesterday but not bad today. Made breakfast for my man, helped make bed and folded clothes. Then a nap. Lol Hate the liquid medicine-yuck

I had a tummy tuck years ago and a boob job last year. It's so worth it. I'm curious how all woo look after I drop my weight .

I wasn't ready to walk that long but walking definately helps the gas. We stayed in hotel night before .. True Results supplied us 50$ gas carf AWESOME!' Good luck

Good.... The gas is the worse part but I keep walking. It'll be so worth it!

I'm Almost home 2 hr drive. lol tough Mainly gas pains hurts in left shoulder but walking helps .. Not sure what to drink Dr has said any liquids but nurse said clear How do I get protein?

Today is here and I'm leaving in 20 minutes to go have my Lapband. I'm excited but so nervous, I'm never gonna be able to gulp a drink again..lol Sounds silly! I'm already forgetting how much and what liquids for the first week. Gotta be my nerves, please say a prayer . I GOT THIS! H&H Which means the new healthy and hot me. Lol Ok here I go.... I'm at True Results , San Antonio About to have my EGD TOMORROW IS THE DAY!!! So excited...

Well I'm heading to San Antonio tomorrow and Friday is the day. I'm soooo excited but worried about slowing down on the eating and drinking. I have not cheated 1 time in 13 days. I GOT THIS!!! But you can still say a prayer for me. Lol

I'm going thru True Results and having surgery Friday. I met Amber today who is also on the forum. I'm excited-everyone is very nice !!!It's gonna be awesome!!!
