I am 5'9". HW 195, SW 255, CW 244. I love to see how you are changing. My surgery date was May 7, 2014. I hope I am as successful as you have been. If I could just get motivated to exercise more.

I am so impressed with your transparency!! I have looked at your blog post and want to remember every word of it as my weight goes down and my fitness goes up, sagging skin and all. Thank you! -

Zofran is what I'm on too. I also drink Gatorade. Give yourself time to heal. Sit in a comfy chair and suck you Popsicles and sip Gatorade. -

However, if you really feel you need to go to the ER....GO. You could be dehydrated. My doctor told me if I felt I needed to go, I should go. He said, "that's what they're there for. Who cares if you end up being fine, at least you'll know for sure. I'll pray for you! -

May 6th was a life change for me...

I'm so glad I found this thread. I had my sleeve surgery May 7. I am having the hardest time with head hunger. Tonight I gave in and had four slices of garlic bread dipped in more butter. I didn't even chew it well. And I'm not even that uncomfortable afterwards. It's only been about 20 mins though. I really don't want to be fussed at. I just feel like I'm going to be the only one who can't actually do this. I have never been a big sweet eater. I'm so tired of everything I'm allowed to eat on this liquid phase being sweet. Uhg! So confused!
