    Progress

I am 5'9". HW 195, SW 255, CW 244. I love to see how you are changing. My surgery date was May 7, 2014. I hope I am as successful as you have been. If I could just get motivated to exercise more.
  2. I am so impressed with your transparency!! I have looked at your blog post and want to remember every word of it as my weight goes down and my fitness goes up, sagging skin and all. Thank you!

  4. Zofran is what I'm on too. I also drink Gatorade. Give yourself time to heal. Sit in a comfy chair and suck you Popsicles and sip Gatorade.
  5. However, if you really feel you need to go to the ER....GO. You could be dehydrated. My doctor told me if I felt I needed to go, I should go. He said, "that's what they're there for. Who cares if you end up being fine, at least you'll know for sure. I'll pray for you!
  6. Oh I know what you're feeling!!!! I am 10 days out. At 4 days I was sure I had made the worst decision of my life. It WILL get better!!!!

May 6th was a life change for me...

I'm so glad I found this thread. I had my sleeve surgery May 7. I am having the hardest time with head hunger. Tonight I gave in and had four slices of garlic bread dipped in more butter. I didn't even chew it well. And I'm not even that uncomfortable afterwards. It's only been about 20 mins though. I really don't want to be fussed at. I just feel like I'm going to be the only one who can't actually do this. I have never been a big sweet eater. I'm so tired of everything I'm allowed to eat on this liquid phase being sweet. Uhg! So confused!
