I have never participated in any 5k runs/walks, but I have been hearing a lot about an reading lots of ur posts. I want to get involved an join. I keep goggleing things in my area but can't seem to find anything:( Plz help.. I'm in Houston area, an would ❤️ to join 1

I ❤️ my fitbit flex!! It keeps me going an motivated, because I'm constantly trying to get to 1st place! Lol.. FYI I'm a sore looser! ???? I started at about 7-8000 steps a day but I average about 16000-22000 a day now. I walk ALOT at work... At least 12000 a day are from work alone. I also like the alarm vibration to get me up;

Thanks ladies!! I'm trying to keep it up, just wish I could tighten the loose skin that comes with the loss. Especially my batwings!! Lol.. This has been an amazing journey and I have no regrets;) Best decision I ever made!

Surgery date 5/28... Journey has been amazing an so far so good! Love my sleeve an no regrets;) Stats: SW 294 CW 223 Starting pant size 24 Current pant size 14/16

I'm still on the hunt for a vitamin a can tolerate, without throwing up. What do y'all think about the gummys? I can't do the chewables

I'm in Houston area an would be interested to. I started in a 24 an now an in a 15/16! Hate buying clothes... Never get to where anything twice, because when I get ready to where again it's to big!

Sleeved May 28th an down 65lbs!! I have been stalked for about 2 weeks, but so happy with progress so far;) Even though the scale isn't moving.. I'm dropping inches!!

Congrats!! When was ur date? I was 5/28 an I'm 60lbs down from day of surgery;)

Are u 73 lbs done from day of surgery or from the beginning of pre op diet to? I was also sleeved May 28th, but I'm only down 51 lbs but that's from day of surgery. Congrats on ur loss;)

I know that hotel, it's beautiful! They have a nice bar area in lobby area to;)

What insurance company is this that is sending you through the hoops? I wish that these insurance companies would stop doing this to people an get on board. You'd think they would want to pay for it, because if we don't get it and continue gaining weight then more an more medical problems would occur! Ugh.. I'm so sorry you are going through this, an I hope your next appeal goes well. I'm so glad my insurance company didn't do this to me, I would have lost it on them! Lol.. I will keep my fingers crossed for you. I promise;)

I'm actually already healed up, I was doing super about 6 weeks out. I had mine done on 5/28/14 so I'm 10 weeks out and so far I've lost 51 lbs since the day of surgery. I feel much better! I didn't think it was going to happen this fast, but no complaints How are you doing so far? Also I had my surgery done at park plaza, and I loved it there. Everyone was do nice

How did u gain all that weight back? How much did u loose before u gained it back? Were u able to just eat? Do u think ur stomach had stretched? When did u start gaining ur weight back? Sorry for so many questions, I was recently sleeved on 5/28 an I'm a questioner! Lol

I was sleeved 5/28 so I am about 10-11 weeks post op. I also had a hernia repair done the same time I was sleeved, but I haven't had any complications other then ALOT of heartburn. I mean I even get it if I just drink water:( I'm sorry u are having a lot of complications an I hope that everything turns around for u

Are u taking all of ur required vitamins? If so what r u taking? I to have noticed my hair thinning out a lot.

U had ur surgery on May 6th, an have already lost 101 lbs? Wow!! That is incredible.. I had mine 3 weeks after you an have only lost in the 50's range! Congragulations;)

You had ur surgery on the 11th of this month? I also used TLC, but I had dr Scarsborough. I luv everyone there! They are all so nice;) I also had laprascopic sleeve. How are u doing so far? I stay right outside pearland area, what area are u in?

I luv dr Scarsborough!! That's who did my surgery to;) I was sleeved 5/28/14 at park plaza! The hospital stay was a lot better than I expected, tlc is awesome!
