I'm 6 weeks post op and I've been at a stall for over 2 weeks. Not a pound lost in 2 weeks. I'm starting to get discouraged that I'm doing something wrong or not doing it right. I've lost 30lbs in the 1st 3 or 4 weeks but nothing since. What can I do to jump start the weight loss again? Not seeing a scale move in over 14 days is heartbreaking.

I follow the plan get plenty of protein but my water is not always the best. Are there good carbs? It seems even my protein shake that's doctor approve has carbs?
