Major major headache today!! Geesh

My only issue now is constipation... I can only eat like 4 spoons of food in one sitting... I lack energy to... Praying for better days

Allycat1973 I started pureed/soft foods too.I was sleeved august 25th.. my doctor said the same thing about the foods however I think my process is gonna be slower because I too get indigestion and constipation seriously consideration doing semi liquid diet until my system is back to normal... We will get through this!!!

Yes I'm on a. pureed soft diet still.... And even not I have to make sure my food is chewed thoroughly...

Hello everyone Since I'm not allowed to go to the gym just yet at attend ZUMBA classes.. Today I did it at home on the game..I lasted 15 minutes and I'm sweating bullets... Feels good.. As far as the stalls everyone is talking about.. I personally haven't weighed myself.. I was sleeved august 25th and I got weighed by my surgeon on September 12th and I was down 29lbs...I'll weigh myself again on September 25th for my 1 month mark.. Other than that I'll wait until I see my surgeon again.. I don't wanna get caught up with my scale.. I've done it for years and it's stressful and it causes me to get discouraged and worried.. So I'm keeping faith in God and following doctors orders and what will be will be.. I'm happy I made the choice to have this surgery in spite of all the changes my life's going through.. Stay positive everyone things really do get better have faith in yourself and your sleeve and your progress.. REMEMBER the main focus is to be happy and healthy and fabulous!! I'm so proud of us.. And I thank you all for sharing your journey with me.. LET'S GET IT!!!!

I'm wondering how long will it take to have my surgery if I have medicaid

its glad to know that Im not the only one who wasnt peeing for hours on end....Went for post op and Im not dehydrated all labs came back fine..soooo now Im pushing water,,gotta get back right...

Thank you bunches DevineMissM!!! I'm grateful.. Been following this diet for weeks... Lol This whole journey has been surreal.. but I'm a work in progress.. congrats on your weight loss as well.... Every pound I'm Happy with whether it is 1 or more im gonna get this weight off completely in due time... I'm only 19 days out.... No wonder I've been so grumpy lol.. in better mood now that my diet has been advanced.. GOOD DAY!!

My surgeon won't let me go to full exercising until he sees me again in 1 month... So I'm thinking in total they may want us to wait at least 6 weeks to heal.. Don't quote me..

First post op visit I'm down 29lbs since 825 surgery.. Bunch of labs drawn Dr thinks I'm dehydrated.. But he said I'm a champ yayyyy me.. Diet advanced to pureedsoft... I just had three spoons of scrambled eggs and ground sausage two strings of my string cheese and a spoonful of pureed guacamole.. never thought Im content lol had to put my string cheese away and my bfast n microwave.. Thank God for Tupperware these days

Sooooo my surgeon thinks I'm dehydrated I have to go in to his office early tomorrow for blood work and other stuff before before my initial appointment.. Only me goodness

Can't concentrate on how much weight in losing because first I had a problem having a BM now I have urinary retention.. They say it's common but damn... any oddities that can happen I seem to be the victim of... Sorry not tryna be a Debbie downer it's just frustrating...
