Been in a stall for 7 days now. On the positive side I can finally see how my clothes are fitting a little bit better.

You are probably in "The Dreaded Week-3 Stall". It can last a couple of weeks and cause you to go into freak-out mode. Don't worry, you're not crazy, and it's unlikely that your surgeon screwed up, it's the first major "stall" and it's totally expected.
