Officially 20 lbs down since my surgery on 7/24. I was expecting more, but I am really happy with how my body is changing and how my clothes look. 1 more month and then shopping!
It's so easy to expect it all to just fall off especially after that huge loss right after surgery. Keep your head up, keep following the plan and know this is not a race... it's a change for LIFE!
