    Please help

Thanks everyone Today I will be heading to bjs for the olive oil (which I use to cook with anyway) and activia. I was sleeved on 5/5/14 and I'm down 62 lbs. I know it could be more but I'm not getting any calories nor enough Protein since I feel full from my bathroom issue and can't eat. You ladies are awesome thanks for the info. Here's a photo for the person that requested it.

    Any May 2014 sleevers?

My surgery was 5/5/2014 and I'm doing pretty good. I'm working out regularly and I've dumped over 30lbs. Eating is hard due to the gas and immediate full feeling but it's getting better. I've gone down from 22/24 to 14/16 and I am glad I have lost my butt lol. Everything is coming along nicely. I'm able to drink as much water as I want as long as it's cold. The only protein shake that I'm able to tolerate is the premier due to the artificial sweetener but they are good so it's ok. I'm very happy that all the initial crap is done cause at certain points I was miserable. It's gets better guys it really does.

    Shakes

Can someone please share with me how they are fitting the protein in? I haven't eaten in 3 days and I feel awful. I'm holding in water but I gag or vomit when I attempt to drink the shakes. The protein shakes are all too sweet and cause terrible cramps. Monday I should be starting my purée but I'm terrified that I won't be fitting in the protein my body needs. Monday makes two weeks since I've had the surgery. There was a thread on here where some women were sharing their methods and recipes but I can't find it. Please any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

    Any May 2014 sleevers?

Ok you sound just like me. I had mine done on May 5 and I still have gas. According to my drs and nurses the right side pain is where they remove everything from. It will be the side to heal the slowest but it gets better. I suggest getting a belly band to hold you in. It's worked wonders for me and I can now sleep on my sides and stomach. Gas man oh man do I have gas. Sitting with my three year old yesterday she said mommy Angie I think your tummy wants a snack. That too shall pass. Good luck with everything

May 6th was a life change for me...

I'm glad that I've found this page. I'm so miserable right now and I thought it was just me going through it. People I know that have had the same surgery were fine right after but I'm hungry, full of gas and I can't tolerate the protein shakes. I want to eat so bad right now but I know that this rough period has to pass and my eating will only set me back.

May 5th.. Any surgery twins? Some concerns

I also had my surgery May 5, 2014 I'm feeling like crap and I'm having trouble drinking the protein shakes. The pain from the surgery is almost gone except for a few twinges which is great. I also have a headache which many people are blaming on the anesthesia. Anyone else having or had trouble keeping the shakes in? If so please share your secret of getting through this.

    Any May 2014 sleevers?

I had my sleeve done May 5, 2014. Having trouble drinking the protein shakes. I've only been able to keep water in. I'm starving and full of gas. Anyone else have this problem? If so what did you do?
