Hi it's been 2 weeks since my operation and for the last week my weight is a complete stand still. Is this normal? I only have 400 - 600 calories. Please I'm feeling a little depressed. I know it's a slow journey but I haven't dropped anything in the last week:(

Thanks. I eat 700 calories 6 days a week and once a week I eat up to 1000 - 1200. I haven't stalled yet since I have been doing this. I continually shock the body. Try not to stick to the same routine. -

Hi, i would like to say thank you for all supporting me and that my stand still is no longer. 3 months in and i have lost 77 lbs. i have before and after below. i still need to lose another 55lbs but i am happy with the progress and i will never give up until i have succeeded. -

Wow thank god I'm not the only one. We'll I appreciate everyone's comments and all of them have helped. I've only been walking 10 - 15 mins cause I get soooo dehydrated that I just want to skull a massive bottle of water and I don't think that would be a great idea lol. -
