Training hard for two distance runs in may. This may be disgusting..I have two toenails black and falling off. I'm thinking..Should I rip them off ?..I am not a fan of pain..
Thanks for your professional opinion Dr. KindaFamiliar. I have been painting them with pink nail polish. I want to wear my sandals in the warm weather. I have some nasty looking feet for summer...Damn it:-)
