What body type do you have after your weight loss?

@@CowgirlJane I think its personal perspective about the body type chart. For me its not a self judgment scale. Its a bone structure that I was surprised to find under all my weight. I'm not offended by anyone's bone structure or family genetics. I do like @@OKCPirate perspective on how the media sells their version of attractive. Oh yes. It is the reason of body image issues.

    Death and WLS

@@Susan66 Might be a good Idea to get actual fact's and statistics...Third party information is not that reliable. Also always a good idea to take what you read on the internet with caution. I try to keep myself busy by going for a walk or cleaning house. Changing old habits to new ones comes with time. Grazing food is still a temptation for me. The mental changes are tough but soooo worth it. Keep going..you got this!

Rules for Life - easiest, hardest?

@@elizabethkl Easy life lessons : I will forever stay connected to support to keep myself on track. Exercise and staying active is my new replacement for stress emotional eating. Hardest to follow: Keeping my old behaviors from slipping back. (making the excuse I'm at goal so I can eat extra calories even if they are healthy choices. Soups

@@LoosingIt67 I have a question regarding soups. Not just liquid, but with some meat and veggies in it. Are we never allowed to consume soup again because it's considered liquid with solids? Check with your dietitians instructions or call them. Soups are fine with my program.

Official Ongoing Gastric Sleeve Maintenance Thread

After a great weekend. I let myself indulge. I do not do this often. I am back at my goal weight. I reset my goal to a better weight gain bounce. Its always a reminder for me that I am not exempt from weight gains. I'm doing what I need to do. I'm looking forward to challenging myself to a new goal.
