Hi! I am 34, 5'4 and on May 2, 2014 I had the sleeve done. My BMI was 32. I weighed 194 pounds. Having the sleeve has been a drastic change for me so I suggest you think really really carefully think about getting it done. I went to the doctor today and I am currently weighing 181. It's not a big drop but the doctor said it would take time because I was not much heavier. He thinks I can drop to 140 in 6-8 months but I do need to exercise to see it happen. Whatever you decide, Good luck!!!

I had surgery with him May 2nd. I was very please with him and obviously trust him. I haven't had any issues or pain.

Anyone out there have buyers remorse? I am second guessing myself, my decision and I am driving myself crazy. I feel lucky as I am 5 days post opt and have no pain am drinking enough to stay hydrated. I keep questioning if I am always going to feel dehydrated for the rest of my life ? Am I ever going to eat again? What have I done to myself? Did I take the easy way out? Did I try hard enough?
