I have always been overweight most my life. Trying diets and excerises of all kinds. Not until I saw my grandmother laying in bed not talking or regonizing me from having a stroke due to years of overweight, high bp, and diabietes. We are so much alike I just saw myself laying in a hospital bed like her and thinking of my son making the choice to take me off life support. That is when I felt I need to do something for me and my son. After seeing my best friend have the sleeve surgery and how much she felt better I called her doctor's office she went to and made myself an appointment. Six months later I now have been approved by my insurance and waiting till November 14th, 2014 for the 2nd most life changing event for myself. The first is my son being born.
