We'll yesterday when I did I was fine when I blended some of my moms unhealthy black eyes peas with some of her yams with some water and I just spit out the skin ... But later that day I had soup blended and it wanted to come out ... So today will be liquids to try and get that down

I'm only on day four but everything is going well I need something else to eat ... Any suggestions ... I've had broth but I'm thinking of moving to puréed a little faster because nothing is settling on my stomach I'm taking a medicine to coat my stomach and heartburn medicine in order to sleep without gas pains ...

Do I just put the tuna in a blender?

I was also sleeved on the 14th I'm extremely thirsty so I think last night I drank too much water leaving me with extreme pains rising in the sleep ... I've had so much heartburn ... At least that's what I think it is ... As soon as I start walking it feels better .... I'm only sleeping 2 to 4 hours max

Bout to head to surgery can't sleep ... It got moved from 7am to 9:30 but I'm ready scared but ready .. Hopefully I get to post sometime tomorrow

I will keep that in mind ... Would some of you be willing to tell me your starting weight. So far I am 402 lbs not sure how I got here but I did . I recently quit my job because I think it was the cause to all this ... When I started working there I was under 260 lbs but in my entire life I had never had a sitting job where all I did was sit if I got up too long they came looking for me... I figured if I was making a change in my life it was going to start at source number 2 ... I am aware that I am the cause ... But my next job will accommodate my personality as well as the new me

Yes it does depend on what your employer purchases because I had to resign from my job just to use my husbands insurance as a primary carrier because his insurance covers everything at a 100% for the whole surgery I only had to pay 20.00 for my preop visit with the surgeon. Everything else is included.
