Hello my name is Ana. I am 30 yrs old married with three beautiful kids. I joined this site beacuse i need support! I dont know anyone who has ever done this and quite honesty im a little scared of getting this procedure. All my adult life ive been overweight but i reach my all time high at 237 after having my third child. I have keep this weigth for about a year now. I started my process with Dr. Herron on 10/2013. It has not been easy but i am a step closer to getting sleeved :) today i got a surgery date for 5/28.. Just waiting on my insurance aproval. Any prep sugestions/ meal options ( protein protein protein )for after surgery and any kind words of encouragement will be greatly apreciated. God bless :)
