Im in my pre opt phase. My doc has me on all liquids. Meal replacement breakfast, lunch and supper with a snack. Sugarfree popciles, low sodium chicken broth. I am finding Im getting really tired around 4pm

I will have my surgery on May 13 th. So excited! Having it in San Antonio Tx a 3 hr drive from home.

I aleady had flabby skin, my surgery date is a week away. The only place im not liking is my face and double chin flab! Im 59 yrs and ready to live!
