Just wondering if the excess sin removal can be covered by insurances? I'm at 113lbs down and no amount of exercise is helping.

Would anyone mind sharing weight-loss tips with me?
terisis replied to jazzypooh89's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I'm struggling with the water I've been trying new things I have oatmeal, soups, cherrios, and I've been hitting the protein goal. I would like to walk more but it's hot in NYC and I don't want to push it so I go to the terrace and walk a mile everyday. As far as the weight I will not be weighing myself until June 12th when I see my doctor. I don't wanna put stress on myself because those 12lbs i dont know where it went I look exactly the same lol -
