I am sure this very question is posted somewhere on here but as I just joined I don't really want to go through every post to find my answer. I was sleeved on May 1st I am keeping liquids down for the most part but so far I think I have only drank one 32 oz bottle of water and a little bit of gater aide. I have had 4 oz of sugar free pudding and a little jello and half of a atkins shake. I know I am not getting enough of anything starting to feel dzzy. any suggestion on how to get more protein added in here. I do have unflavored protein powder and tried and I thought for sure I was going to throw up it was just horrible
