Hey there, I so know that feeling I got banded on my 31st birthday in April, and a few days after getting banded I was still questioning my decision was I mad?? But I'm one month down Snd I have 1 stone 6 pounds gone I'm feeling great, I got my first fill yesterday and I have joined the gym, I haven't cut out my chocy and I never will but I just have a small amount!! It's a life changing experience but personally I'm thrilled!! Best of luck!!!

I remember the first few days after getting banded and was asking myself was I mad?? I haven't experienced anything like that!! I have felt very dizzy and faint think mine is down to sugar withdrawal!! I would ring your clinic and see what they say.

Hi all, I got my band this day last week for my 31st bday, I'm feeling great I'm so happy I have done this for myself, I am feeling a little weak I'm hoping this will pass as I am on the liquid diet!! I'm struggling most with keeping it a secret from everyone!! My hubby, mam and sister in law are Brillo but I am so delighted I have found this site x

Chin up sweetie people are so judgemental it's unreal!! I got my band this day last week I'm my 31st bday I only told my hubby, mam and sister in law, a lot of my friends questioning why I'm not in work ect I have been telling a lot of white lies can't wait to start eating solids as it won't be as hard to keep my secret x

I had my band done last Sunday 27th April on my 31st birthday!! I'm on the liquid diet the last 7 days I am finding it great but am feeling a lil weak!! I'm so happy I have found this site as I am so new to this change in lifestyle and haven't told any of my friends or family about the band only my hubby, mam and sister in law
