Of course tomorrow would be my one year anniversary and I'd find myself 3lbs heavier today due to Aunt Flow starting soon

Or you could stay off the scale this week, and use that 10 second time frame to pat yourself on the back every morning for loosing almost 100 lbs .......... in a year..........hmmmmmm, thinking, thinking............yep !!!!
