Having one of those kinda sucky days , hmmmmm ?? It happens to all of us , banded or not, but I will tell you, I never, ever have a day when "nothing fits right, and I feel horrible about myself." anymore ! I feel reaaaallly good about myself since being banded, I hope you start feeling good really soon ! Hugs !!

I surely hope after surgery I don't have the same thoughts and feeling's as I do now.

There are day's where I just don't want to leave the house, And most of those feeling's are due to my weight and low self-esteem.

Everything changed for the better when I had WLS. I was off work for a week, then back to a normal schedule, and the weight started falling off . Adding in exercise and eating right, I started feelng 100 % better ! You will too ! Good luck !!
