I'm cold all. the. time. It got so bad I kept a blanket at my job. And we didn't really have a summer here in Chicago, so I couldn't even go outside to warm up. Your body is just not used to losing its insulating layer.

We didn't have much of a summer here either. But this past week has been reaching fall like temps.

That was the first thing out of my mouth when I saw my dr. for my two-week follow-up. On a 90 degree day. "I'm cold all the time!" LOL

He said it was totally normal, and to expect it to get worse through the winter--"invest in fleece!" he said! What a joker. It's more than just losing weight. It's operating on so few calories, as well as our bodies spending so much energy on healing. It should get better in a year or two.
