Might be the bodies way of saying "Hey, I need a bit of rest to do all that good healing you want me to do"...go with the warm blanket on the couch approach to Saturday...if you can.

I had surgery on Sept. 9th. I am much older than you; 66. But I am feeling the same as you are. And because I didn't take the Gas-x I had a ton of gas. I have been feeling so very very exhausted. But remember, we both had major surgery. Remember to sip your water, get in as much protein as possible..the shakes. It gets better, I am told. Hang in there.

Hang in there. I felt like crap for 5 weeks. LOL I promise it does get better. I slept a lot at first. Don't worry about any exercise yet, Just drink your water and walk from room to room to help with the gas.
