Rena that's beautiful :-) I keep a zippered hoodie my son bought me as a gift that I have never fit into, hoping one day to finally wear it. He bought it in Boston on a trip with my dad. I felt so bad that I was too big to wear it

I will be so happy, as someone said above, to be happy looking in the mirror at the salon after a haircut. Before LASIK I left my glasses off as long as possible so I didn't have to look at myself.

I won't miss having to turn sideways and think skinny just to get in and out of a bathroom stall. Omg who are they building these stalls for??

I was sooo sad to hear of John Pinette's passing. He was working on getting healthier. Only saw him once at a comedy club, what a funny and genuinely nice guy.

So far as I know, I have very few tests to do as I am self paying. I find it odd, but I know the surgeon knows what he is doing. Glad I'm not alone on this one

I gotta confess I did this to my best friend. I truly thought she wasn't taking in enough nutrients (she hasn't had surgery just was dieting). Turns out I just didn't know how little the human body truely needs

Soooooooooo tired of being told I can do it myself without surgery. Yeah there are risks involved but I feel I will die without it... Need this "tool" in my arsenal. If I could do it, I would've done it. Been overweight almost 20 years and it's time for a drastic change.

But is difficult when the advice they are giving is from the heart. I know they love me, just don't understand me.

Thanks all for the good advice. I am too excited about this journey to turn back, 69 days until surgery, starting to try to change habits now.

Frank that's terrible, I hope she can see how wrong that is! Easy for me to say because I just like men... Not picky Enough! The shallowness of judging based just on appearance just makes me sad

Hi ladies I just joined this great site recently and love how friendly you all are :-) thank you. I see so many women saying they can't wait to be thinner so they can wear cute or sexy clothes, underwear and lingerie, and not feel too big or unattractive for sex, or other activities we don't want to do until we won't be seen while we are imperfect like yard work or going to the beach. Don't wait! Just do it now!! Sexy clothes come in all sizes, and if you can physically do something, don't wait to be perfect. The physical activity can only help us reach our goals ... and horrible thought but what if we are never "perfect"? Do you really want to miss out on great sex and pleasing your partner and wearing a pretty summer dress, etc? No!! I want to enjoy all those things NOW! Except I'm single so I'm counting on all you ladies who aren't single to take one for the team and have sex with your man lol Now of course I'm not going to invest in any new clothing as I am trying to lose weight before my surgery this summer but I'm just saddened by all the gals who say they don't feel sexy or worthy ... Love you all and yes you're sexy and your man loves you and if a person doesn't wanna see our arms and bottoms jiggling they can look away
