Thought this would be a good part of this great site to keep track of my short term and long term goals. So many things that don't have to do directly with a scale or a number.
Shop at average stores for clothing.
Buy less groceries/more fresh foods.
Be able to ride six miles on a mountain bike.
Be under the weight limit to go on a zip line on vacation.
Have stamina to walk around amusement parks all day.
Be able to do more than a half hour of yard work or house work in one day.
Look on the outside how I THINK I look.
Wear a non skirted bathing suit.
Feel average in size.
Get rid of asthma that was recently diagnosed.
Resolve or improve sleep apnea.
Get plastic surgery and remove loose skin after weight loss.
Not wear out the fabric on my vehicle's seat upholstery.
Be able to get up off of couch without struggling.
Wrap a towel around myself without it being a huge beach towel.
Fit into "One size fits all" robe at the Spa.
Not be horrified for the massage therapist to see my rolls of fat. (I'd rather they see loose skin until I can afford plastics)
Not be sweaty after the slightest exertion.
Not to wear a pony tail to hide sweatiness.
NEVER again ask for airplane seatbelt extender, or worry that a seat belt won't fit.
Not to worry if people are judging me for the crap I eat.
Be able to walk without sitting down due to back pain, being out of breath, leg pain.
Keep up with my skinny friends LOL
Be confident during sex again.
Have more confidence professionally, not be embarassed by my appearance.
