Hey Dianne it's so good to have you back...Hopefully everyone will be getting back soon. I am missing everyone. The picture is on the before and after thread...I need to get the post # but I know if you go the the last page and start going back a page or two you will see it. It really helped get me back in gear. I am packing my lunches again and having good protien for breakfast and measuring my food again. So I know what you mean about the eating. I am calling to set up an appt with Kristen today. My appt is @ 3:30 Thursday...so I am sure we will see each other there. I am going to get a little fill - I am going to try and go back up to 2.5 so we will see. Once I started writing down my foods again I can see that I am eating things I shouldn't be able to...well I guess more then I should. I am not staying full as long either. I would like to loss 100 pounds total by the end of June. So I need to jump back on the "band" wagon and get it going. Chat later hope everyone has a wonder Tuesday.

Hubby rides a Honda VTX....I am just now starting to ride with him here and there...maybe one day.. He would love to hear me say this one...maybe one day I will get something of my own. Don't let my secert out he will start bugging me more and more....

Pat if you plan on going to the Mrytle Beach again let us know. We go down for both Spring and Fall...We have a house in N. Mrytle Beach so that is why we take advantage of both. My DH would love to go to Sturgis...maybe one day when the kids are grown we can make it.

My co-workers took me to McCormic & Schmidts for lunch today...OH MY GOODNESS I think I have found a new place that I love. I had the salmon and it was to die for. I could have eaten more of it with no problems. Well I would have had problems but you get the picture. On the top of the menu they had on there..Happy Birthday Kim. How cool is that. Well I felt really special and I loved it...I will go there again. Anything going on this weekend? Any fun plans? We have another holiday monday which will be nice....I just need a whole week off for a break.

I was @ 2.5 for a few weeks and it was just to much for me. I had to have it taken down to the 2.2. That was back in Sept so I am going back next week and possibly getting .2 added back. We will see tough. I am now chicken.

My first was 2.0cc's also. I was fine. I know there are different bands out there and some hold more then others. I have a 4cc band...I am currently @ 2.2 and I feeling really good right now.

Wow 3cc what size band do you have? Is it the lager one? I go Jan 5 and I am sure he going to put a little more in me. Maybe .1 or .2 I don't know that I am ready to go back to 2.5 yet. YIKES.... Sounds like you are doing a great job....Hope you can make it in Jan it's the 28th and its in the university this time so not so far for you. Just a couple of exits past Concord Mills.

Oh that is ok. We too would have loved to have met you but totally understand. I hope everything is better down south now. Maybe the next time you are we can meet up. We would love to meet you as well. You can check out our picturs on a thread here....so you will know who we are. I am still having problems when I try to edit...it gives up alot of smiley faces and it you can't really make the changes. HELP PLEASE.... Also could add at some point...spell check for those of us who can't spell very good. Most importantly...Thanks....for keeping this up and running. It is great!!!! We have a great support group here in NC and if weren't for this board we wouldn't have met.

Oh I wasn't upset about the 2 pounds..I was actually that was all I gained. Actually got on the scale this morning and they were already gone. So no biggie there. I turned 32 on Monday. Where does the time go? It seems to go faster each year. We take Curtis to the Dr tomorrow for his follow up. This should be fun he is going to do a rectal exam...OH NO!!!! He sees an ENT on the 10th so this should take care of his ears. I hope. Thanks for the kind words on the pictures...it has really made me see a difference. It has really made me look at what I have been doing the last few weeks and now I have to buckle down and get the rest of this weight off. I want to be a size 12 or at least a 14 by next June 06. I know I can do it. (Especially having you guys supporting me.) Ok where is eveyrone else? I think Dianne is out of town... Melissa? Angie how are you feeling? Starr has just forgotten us. Sherrie? I actually asked my Dr. a couple of weeks ago because I have read so much about it. I can't tell you the # of bands he has done but he hasn't had any. I go back next week I will see if I can get a # from them.

Alright...Christmas is over and I am another year older. UGH!!!! Hope everyone had a great Christmas. We did it was busy as always but VERY nice. Curtis was so excited this year...it was so much fun. How is everyone doing? Are we ready for a new year? I posted a before and after pictures on the thread of before and after. Thought it would be nice to see the difference and I can honestly say it was good to do it because I can really see it now. Oh side note here...gained 2 pounds this week. OOps....but I can say it was good. How bad is that....I can say I need a partial fill I can eat TOO much. See Dr. V on the 3rd so I will probably get some. Ok...have to finish some clothes to fold and get ready for work tomorrow. Everyone have a good night and I will "chat" tomorrow.
