Ok we have be silent for a couple of days...I know I have too but I have been having some problems and we are all still sick...so needless to say last night I was in bed and asleep @ 8:30 last night. How bad is that. :faint: I am so excited about seeing everyone tomorrow.... Have a great friday..I have a long weekend we are off on monday and I just love 3 day weekends!!!!! TGIF!!!!!!

I think there is a Dr near Winston Salem that Sherrie and Kathy use for their fills. I am sure they will chime in soon... Welcome to the board...if you are ever here for any extended time we meet once a month in the charlotte area. We would love for you to join us.

That is where I think my problem is not tracking my food qty. So I am sure my calories are off. I need to measure again.... I think I can eat too much right now....but if I am still loosing I guess I am not going to complain to much.

Happy Valentines day everyone.... We are going out for dinner some simple...It's a rule I don't cook on this day. Has been for the last 6 years why change it now. haha...It's different now that I have child...Valentines day activites take place later in the eveing...haha.. Angie no that's not TMI...your right we are friends. Melissa girl get out of that funk you are in....stay off that scale. Are you eating enough calories? I know when I was filled too tight and was only getting in like 800 - 900 calories I was actually gaining weight. I know that sounds weird but that is what was happening. Dianne girl eat like there is no tomorrow...I wish I could some days. I too have been in a food rut...I want everything. I have been doing better but I don't know. I don't know if I am in a food rut or an emotional rut. Oh what to do what to do.... Alright ladies have a good day...get some kisses in. Tell your man you love and don't forget the kids also..even the furry pets.

Alright Kathy come on girl...you can come..eat some soup and chat for a little bit. You will miss us if you don't come. I think chicken salad would be ok....Dr. V puts us on a 2 day liqiud & 2 mushie after a fill..I haven't had any problems in the past.

Actually Dianne suggested that yesterday when I was on the phone w/ her. So 11 is fine with me as well. I have an 8:30 hair appt in Midland so I might be a few mins late...but I will be there... Kathy why don't you bring your DD with yo so you don't have to go all the way home.

Everyone is so different....It's too early for you to get discouraged. I for one noticed that I loss more when I stay around 1200 calories. When I was filled to tight and only getting in @ 800 calories I actually gained weight. Go Figure!!! Hang in there follow your doctors orders and it will get better.

Monday 2/13/06 B - chicken from a biscuit not the best but it's protien L - homemade chicken salad w/ 100 cal wheat thins D - cheese enchilada & some refired Beans.

Satuday 2/11/06 B - egg w/ saugage & cheese and 3 bites of Angies Hashbrowns. :cool: L - 1/2 of low carb cheese burger (no bun, just meat, tomato & cheese) D - 4 oz of steak and 1/2 baked potato S - VERY small pc of cake Sunday 2/12/06 B - egg beaters w/ meatless saugage (soy) L - small chili from wendy's D - Baked chicken, 1/2 baked pot & 3 bites of mac n cheese S - 3 gs Cookies the lemon low fat ones - pc of cake w/ a bite of ice cream. See when I am sick I will eat any thing and everything not even thinking of it. I didn't put I had sweet tea 3 times this weekend. Good thing today is a new day and I am ready to start all over.

Good Moring everyone...Sorry I have been MIA this weekend. I was sick and in bed. I guess Melissa and Angie spread the crud to me this weekend. Melissa the girls look great...Loved the pictures. The cake looks yummy. I to do them but don't like to because of the mess and all the extra crap you have to have. I found a cake guy that does what I want....and he is really cheap!!!!

B - 1 packet of cream of wheat & hot apple cider (sugar free) L - we are going out a group but don't know where - 1/4 of some spicy grilled chicken dish w/ a spring roll 1/2 D - 1/2 cup of mashed pot & 1/2 cup of fried okra & a few bites of lima Beans. Don't ask I have no idea where this came from.

Eileen - how far from Charlotte are you? We are meeting on the 18th in Charlotte and there are several of Dr. B's patients that will be there. You can look under the NC forum for a thread Feb 18....it's going to be fun.

I am so glad you found us.... I know it's frustrating - the waiting is the worsest believe me we all know. Hang in there. I do have to say it took UHC only 3 days to approve mine. So keep positive thoughts going that way. I know each policy is different but as long as your policy covers WLS you will have no problems. I am not sure what is in Cary but if you ever want to venture this way we would love for you to. We have Sherrie who comes from up that way somewhere. She don't make it each month but she did come and visit us once...I hope we didn't scare her off. There is a Feb Chat thread going on it's just a way for us to keep up w/ everyone so please feel free to jump in at any time. Again Welcome!!!!
